Shipping
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping times vary by destination (UK: 2–5 days).
- Tracking numbers are provided once orders are shipped.
- We do not ship to countries or regions where vape/e-cigarette products are prohibited.
Refunds & Returns
- Due to the nature of our products, unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
